Forwarding a Form to an Account on ClickUp

  1. When the form arrives on your emails, forward it to this address: “ClickUp list: New Jobs”<a.t.900300018314.u-54765827.922968a0-8484-4c3f-b2d0-b34ca965b049@tasks.clickup.com>
  2. Access our ClickUp account from this link, and if required, enter your credentials.
  3. Click on the arrow beside the Job Ad & Recruitment Activities space then click on New Jobs.
  4. The item you emailed should appear as a new item in the list.
  5. Click on the item to enter the record.
  6. Link the Activity to the client by clicking on the ellipsis (…) in the top centre of the page, then click on Relationships and then Task.
  7. Select the Client from the dropdown options, being careful to select the entry with just the Client’s name, nothing else. 
  8. Click on the ellipsis again and click on Send email to task
  9. Copy and Paste the email address because you will use it to attach the other forms to this Activity.
  10. Close the secure address and close the Activity by clicking on the x in the top right hand corners.
