Internet, Social Media and Email Policy

All staff will have access to the internet for the purposes of doing their job. Occasional personal use is acceptable, but personal windows should not be left open at your workstation. Staffr does not accept responsibility for anything that happens on your personal open windows while at work.

Access to social media accounts will be granted based on the needs of your job. Please contact Bree or Adam if you require a login.

The details of all accounts that are opened under your work email or business name must be saved in the businesses 1Password account. Passwords should never be forwarded by email, rather an email saying that the password is available in the 1Password account should be sent once the required login and password are saved.

An email address will be created for you, this should be used primarily for work-related emails, however some personal use is acceptable. Any personal emails should be removed from the system once they are actioned. If you wish to keep them, please forward them to your personal email address.

Anti-Virus software should be kept up to date on your computer. If you discover that the anti-virus software on your machine is out of date, please contact Bree or Adam for immediate rectification.
