Initial Contact Procedure

Leads should be sourced from LinkedIn, Google, and other listing sites. We only source leads from Seek when we have exhausted other options, because the companies who have already listed on Seek are generally not interested in a recruitment company for at least a month, or until their existing ad runs out.

Our initial contact is designed to pique interest in the Staffr service and to give us the opportunity to put the client on our email list.

The goal is to find out the name and email address of the key decision maker in the business.

Salespeople should use the first contact script when contacting new leads. This script has been refined over time to provide the best possible result from initial contacts and should provide the following results:

1 in 2 should accept an email

1 in 4(?) should accept a callback in a month

1 in 40(?) should bring us onboard.

Salespeople should amend the tone of the script to suit their style, but none of the key phrases or points should be omitted.
