About the company: SSV Installations is a full-service installation company specializing in large scale signs, visuals and structures.

About the role: Based out of Tullamarine, you’ll be leading a team installing hard signage and structures.

Projects can be as simple as installing fabricated letters on a shopfront, through to more complex projects such as fuel station fit outs and large-scale building signage. 

On any given day you may find yourself installing:

  • Concrete footings & standing pylons.
  • Fuel site rebrands.
  • Framing, cladding & fascia signage.
  • LED lettering, LED retrofits & illuminated signage.
  • Lightboxes, ACM panelling and shopfronts.
  • Internal signage and graphics.
  • Playgrounds and structures.

You:

  • Are a qualified carpenter, electrician, cladder, signwriter, shopfitter, or similar
  • Are experienced, with a few years of post-apprenticeship work
  • Have had some experience as a leading hand on construction sites
  • Are quick thinking and organised
  • Can problem solve
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Can read and interpret construction or engineering drawings
  • Understand this position may include periods of away work of up to two weeks.
  • Have a current Australian driver’s license and a white card

Tickets in EWP, high risk work and working at heights would be well regarded, as would WPCG accreditation.
