• White Card (Construction Induction Card) – required for all workers
• Own transport is an advantage but not essential

Desirable Skills (Semi-Skilled Workers):

• Experience with hand and power tools
• Basic understanding of construction processes
• Previous experience working on a construction site
• Specific skills in areas such as traffic control, scaffolding, or operating machinery
