This policy applies to all team members who are not within a probation period.
All team members will receive an annual performance review. The purpose of such a review is to coach you to produce work of a high standard, identify strengths and weaknesses, assist you in achieving KPI’s, team goals and personal goals, and to ensure that you are enjoying your work.
It also assists Staffr with developing team members to fill higher roles.
Prior to the performance review session, you will be given opportunity to reflect on your own progress and the goals you wish to achieve in the following twelve months.
Note that a performance review session is not a disciplinary session. If a matter of discipline needs to be managed, it should be done outside the performance review program.
Performance will be measured against KPI’s and competencies as well as team goals and the Staffr Purpose and Values.
Where a team member is not meeting performance expectations, they will be placed on a performance improvement plan, which may include closer supervision, further training or a temporary or permanent change of position (to nothing less than the team member is already on.)
All performance review discussions are confidential, and feedback will only be shared with those who need to know.
