Skills Required
  • Experience: Sales in HVAC, Remediation, or IAQ, comfortable with transactional and relationship-based selling.
  • Skills: Strong communicator, skilled in technical business communication and capable of meeting professional standards.
  • Requirements: Valid driver’s license, CRM proficiency, and accredited certifications where applicable.
Responsible For
  • Develop and grow relationships with HVAC companies, technicians, and decision-makers.
  • Network to identify and secure new clients, while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing accounts.
  • Manage and drive sales activities such as trade shows, events, and campaigns, working alongside a supportive and friendly sales team.
  • Strategize on business retention and acquisition, consistently hitting revenue targets and growing the company’s presence in SEQ, QLD, and NSW markets.

  • Hunter Mentality: A go-getter comfortable with new business acquisition, cultivating relationships with large enterprises, and maintaining a full pipeline.
  • Technical Knowledge: A background in HVAC, Indoor Air Quality, or Mechanical Engineering, along with the ability to read mechanical plans and apply industry-specific insights is desirable but not essential.
  • Sales Savvy: Proven experience meeting and exceeding sales targets, with expertise in CRM and sales software.
